Other than the twin towers at the front, the outside of this cathedral is fairly plain. The first part as you enter is also fairly stark. However, as you approach the altar area, the opulence hits you!
Multyfarnham Friary - Tripadvisor
Every statue, picture, fitting, etc is absolutely pristine. Worth a visit regardless of your faith or beliefs. It's a really big church and when you're in Mullingar you actually cannot miss it.
On the inside it looks nice, with lovely statues and wall mosaics.
