Access to the property is contactless using a digital smart lock. As your host we are contactable at all times and live local to the accommodation most of the year and when we are in town will meet and greet you if we can. Members of team can visit at a moment's notice to resolve any issue. There is also a camera doorbell which you can press to access help if you have any problems. The rooms at St. Excellent location, good breakfast, easy check-in. It offers a flowery garden, an outdoor seating area and a lounge with TV. Our hosts were superb. Very nice helpful people.

Exceptional service and great food.

It boasts a sunroom that opens onto a large balcony, overlooking the sea. Lovely place done to a very high standard. We had a room with sauna and jacuzzi which made our stay more exceptional. Also you have nice views out to the sea. Joe was great and shared alot of good stories. Would definitely stay again! The units at the guest house come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower.

The space was huge with it's own sitting room, kitchen, large bedroom and en suite. The space was cosy and warm and felt very homely. John was so kind to even offer us a space outside of the apartment to ensure we'd have the car close by. I can honestly say it was an ideal place to stay and exceeded our expectations. I'll be returning for our next dungarvan trip. Continental and American breakfast options are available daily at the bed and breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. Catherine was a superb host. We received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Her breakfast options were delicious and really fuelled us for the day. Catherine kindly stored our bikes without any problems. We would highly recommend a stay at no. Tannery Townhouse is home to an award-winning restaurant and is just a short walk from the seafront in Dungarvan. The spacious rooms at Tannery Townhouse have elegant, pastel-coloured design and lots of light.

All rooms have a flat-screen TV, a fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. We were shown over to our room personally by a staff member. We had dinner in The Tannery restaurant, which was excellent.
